机(ji)(ji)房是各(ge)类硬件设(she)(she)备(bei)及数据的(de)中(zhong)枢,机(ji)(ji)房工(gong)程的(de)质量是保证设(she)(she)备(bei)与数据稳定(ding)可靠的(de)前提,并为(wei)机(ji)(ji)房管理人员提供(gong)一个良好(hao)舒适的(de)工(gong)作环境,根据机(ji)(ji)房用(yong)途及面积的(de)不同(tong)(tong),机(ji)(ji)房建设(she)(she)要求有所差(cha)异,机(ji)(ji)房工(gong)程采用(yong)模块化建设(she)(she)方(fang)式,各(ge)项建设(she)(she)内(nei)(nei)容(rong)可根据需求选择不同(tong)(tong)等(deng)级的(de)产品,我(wo)司(si)对机(ji)(ji)房的(de)建设(she)(she)为(wei)用(yong)户提供(gong)了一站式的(de)"交钥匙(chi)"工(gong)程。网(wang)络中(zhong)心机(ji)(ji)房设(she)(she)计(ji)与施工(gong)的(de)优(you)劣直(zhi)接关系到(dao)机(ji)(ji)房内(nei)(nei)计(ji)算机(ji)(ji)系统是否能稳定(ding)可靠地运行(xing),是否能保证各(ge)类信息(xi)通(tong)讯(xun)畅通(tong)无阻(zu)。

建设内容:

机(ji)房(fang)建设,涉(she)及装修工程、综(zong)合布线、配电系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)、空调(diao)新风(feng)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)、防雷接地系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)、消(xiao)防系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)及机(ji)房(fang)环境及动力设备监控系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)等,详见下(xia)图:

装修工程:

装修是机(ji)房建设的(de)(de)基础,它(ta)将(jiang)机(ji)房空(kong)间根据功能区进(jin)(jin)行(xing)划分(fen),并(bing)对(dui)天花(采用微孔(kong)防(fang)尘(chen)天花)、地板(ban)(敷设防(fang)静电(dian)地板(ban))、墙面(安装彩钢(gang)板(ban))根据防(fang)尘(chen)防(fang)静电(dian)的(de)(de)标准(zhun)要(yao)求进(jin)(jin)行(xing)建设,并(bing)对(dui)特定区域(yu)所放置(zhi)设备(bei)的(de)(de)重量进(jin)(jin)行(xing)承重加固,从而为(wei)设备(bei)的(de)(de)正(zheng)常运行(xing)提供一(yi)个良好的(de)(de)支撑环境。

空调新风工程:

为机(ji)房(fang)(fang)(fang)提供制冷及(ji)新风(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng),是机(ji)房(fang)(fang)(fang)良好环境的(de)保(bao)障。IT设(she)备(bei)24小时不(bu)间断运行(xing)排出的(de)热量(liang),对机(ji)房(fang)(fang)(fang)空调(diao)(diao)的(de)制冷有更高(gao)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu),确(que)保(bao)设(she)备(bei)不(bu)会因温(wen)度过高(gao)而损坏。根据GB2887-82计算机(ji)场(chang)地(di)技术要(yao)求(qiu),按A级设(she)计,温(wen)度T=23℃±2℃,相对湿度=55%±5%,夏季(ji)取上限(xian),冬季(ji)取下限(xian)。 气(qi)流组织采(cai)用下送风(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)、上回(hui)风(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng),即抗静(jing)电活动地(di)板静(jing)压箱送风(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng),吊顶天花微(wei)孔板回(hui)风(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)。新风(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量(liang)设(she)计取总风(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量(liang)的(de)10%,中低度过滤,新风(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)与回(hui)风(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)混合后,进入空调(diao)(diao)设(she)备(bei)处理,提高(gao)控制精度,节省投资,方便管(guan)理。

动力配电工程:

机房(fang)供(gong)配电系统是机房(fang)安全(quan)运(yun)行动力(li)保(bao)证(zheng),根据机房(fang)要求(qiu)等级不(bu)同,机房(fang)动力(li)系统一(yi)般(ban)由三类(lei)电源组成:

一类电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源为UPS供电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,由(you)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源总(zong)配(pei)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)柜引至墙(qiang)面配(pei)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)箱,分路送到活动地板下(xia)插(cha)座,再经(jing)插(cha)座分接计算机电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源处,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)缆用阻燃电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)缆,穿金属(shu)线槽钢管敷设(she)。

二类电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)为市电(dian)(dian)供电(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)源(yuan),由电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)总(zong)配电(dian)(dian)柜分(fen)别送至空调、照(zhao)明配电(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)和插(cha)座配电(dian)(dian)箱(xiang),再分(fen)路送至灯具及墙面插(cha)座。电(dian)(dian)缆用阻燃电(dian)(dian)缆,照(zhao)明支路用塑(su)铜线,穿金属(shu)线槽及钢管(guan)敷设。

三(san)类电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源为柴(chai)(chai)油(you)(you)(you)发(fa)(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)组,是作(zuo)为特(te)别(bie)重要(yao)负荷的(de)(de)应(ying)(ying)(ying)急电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,应(ying)(ying)(ying)满足的(de)(de)运(yun)行(xing)方(fang)式为:正常(chang)情况下,柴(chai)(chai)油(you)(you)(you)发(fa)(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)组应(ying)(ying)(ying)始终处(chu)于(yu)准备发(fa)(fa)(fa)动(dong)状态,当两路市电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)均终断时,机(ji)组应(ying)(ying)(ying)立即(ji)启动(dong),并具备带100%负荷的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力。任一市电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)恢(hui)复时,机(ji)组应(ying)(ying)(ying)能(neng)(neng)自动(dong)退出运(yun)行(xing)并延(yan)时停(ting)机(ji),恢(hui)复市电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)供电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。机(ji)组与电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系统间应(ying)(ying)(ying)有防止并列运(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)连锁(suo)装置。柴(chai)(chai)油(you)(you)(you)发(fa)(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)组的(de)(de)容(rong)(rong)量应(ying)(ying)(ying)按照用电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)负荷的(de)(de)分类来(lai)确(que)定,因为有的(de)(de)负荷需(xu)要(yao)很大的(de)(de)启动(dong)功率,如(ru)空调电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji),这就需(xu)要(yao)合理选择发(fa)(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)组容(rong)(rong)量,以避免(mian)过大的(de)(de)启动(dong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压降,一般根据上(shang)述用电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)负荷总功率的(de)(de)2.5倍来(lai)计算。

防雷接地系统:

机房(fang)接地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)系统(tong)(tong)是(shi)涉及(ji)多方面的综合性(xing)信息处理工(gong)程,是(shi)机房(fang)建设中的一项重要内容。接地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)系统(tong)(tong)是(shi)否良好是(shi)衡量(liang)一个(ge)机房(fang)建设质量(liang)的关(guan)键(jian)性(xing)问(wen)题之一。机房(fang)一般具(ju)有四(si)种接地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)方式(shi):交流(liu)工(gong)作(zuo)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)、安全保(bao)护(hu)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)、直(zhi)流(liu)工(gong)作(zuo)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)和(he)(he)防(fang)雷保(bao)护(hu)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)。在机房(fang)接地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)时应注意(yi)两点:(1)信号系统(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)电(dian)源系统(tong)(tong)、高压(ya)系统(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)低压(ya)系统(tong)(tong)不应使用共地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)回(hui)路。(2)灵(ling)敏电(dian)路的接地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)应各自(zi)隔离(li)或屏蔽(bi),以防(fang)止(zhi)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)回(hui)流(liu)和(he)(he)静电(dian)感应而产(chan)生(sheng)干扰。机房(fang)接地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)宜采用综合接地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)方案,综合接地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)电(dian)阻(zu)应小于1欧姆。

机(ji)房(fang)雷(lei)电分为直(zhi)击雷(lei)和(he)感应雷(lei)。对直(zhi)击雷(lei)的(de)防护(hu)主要由(you)建筑(zhu)物所(suo)装的(de)避雷(lei)针完成;机(ji)房(fang)的(de)防雷(lei)(包括机(ji)房(fang)电源系(xi)统(tong)和(he)弱电信息系(xi)统(tong)防雷(lei))工作主要是防感应雷(lei)引起(qi)(qi)的(de)雷(lei)电浪涌(yong)和(he)其他原因引起(qi)(qi)的(de)过电压。

机房环境监控系统:

机(ji)房(fang)(fang)环境监(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)系(xi)统(tong)由视频(pin)监(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)、门禁(jin)、配(pei)电(dian)(dian)监(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)、空调监(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)、漏水检测(ce)(ce)等(deng)组成,它(ta)是(shi)建立机(ji)房(fang)(fang)安(an)全(quan)防(fang)范机(ji)制不可(ke)缺少的(de)(de)环节。它(ta)能24小时监(jian)(jian)(jian)视并(bing)记录下机(ji)房(fang)(fang)内发生的(de)(de)任何事(shi)件。 机(ji)房(fang)(fang)环境及动(dong)力(li)设(she)备(bei)监(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)系(xi)统(tong)主要是(shi)对(dui)机(ji)房(fang)(fang)设(she)备(bei)(如供(gong)配(pei)电(dian)(dian)系(xi)统(tong)、UPS电(dian)(dian)源、防(fang)雷(lei)器、空调、消防(fang)系(xi)统(tong)、保安(an)门禁(jin)系(xi)统(tong)等(deng))的(de)(de)运行状态、温度、湿度、洁净度、供(gong)电(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)压、电(dian)(dian)流、频(pin)率、配(pei)电(dian)(dian)系(xi)统(tong)的(de)(de)开关(guan)状态、测(ce)(ce)漏系(xi)统(tong)等(deng)进行实时监(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)并(bing)记录历史数(shu)据,实现(xian)对(dui)机(ji)房(fang)(fang)遥(yao)测(ce)(ce)、遥(yao)信、遥(yao)控(kong)、遥(yao)调的(de)(de)管理(li)功能,为机(ji)房(fang)(fang)高效(xiao)的(de)(de)管理(li)和(he)安(an)全(quan)运营提供(gong)有力(li)的(de)(de)保证。

消防系统:

机房应设(she)气(qi)体灭火(huo)系统,气(qi)瓶间宜设(she)在机房外,为管网式结构(gou),在天花顶上(shang)设(she)置(zhi)喷嘴,火(huo)灾(zai)报警系统由消防(fang)控制(zhi)箱(xiang)、烟感、温感联网组成。

机(ji)房(fang)消防(fang)系统(tong)应采用(yong)气(qi)体(ti)消防(fang)系统(tong),常用(yong)气(qi)体(ti)为七氟丙烷(wan)气(qi)体(ti)。

综合布线:

综合布线(xian)是机房内设备通(tong)信的基础,每个(ge)机柜内配(pei)置(zhi)多个(ge)六类(lei)信息点,信息点采用六类(lei)双绞(jiao)线(xian)汇聚于专(zhuan)门的网(wang)络配(pei)线(xian)柜中进行(xing)统(tong)一管理,机柜新增设备后,只(zhi)需通(tong)过跳线(xian)跳接即可实现互联。
